Leachman Explorer is a high growth heavy muscled son of EXT. We purchased a number of embryos by him and they will have great potential as an outcross sire.

B/R New Frontier – USA095 - EBV Link
There are a great number of sons of New Design being used in the industry today, and in my opinion the vast majority are making a great contribution to the breed. New Frontier was the highest use full for registrations for 05/06, and last year had 12,000 progeny recorded in 1,600 herds.

Hyline Paradigm – USA 238 - EBV Link
Hyline Paradigm has been used in our program with purchased embryos. He has given us an outcross pedigree line to use in our herd and with his lean carcase he has produced a retail beef yield EBV which is off the scale – meaning in the top half percent for the breed.

I inspected Highmark at Green Gardens Kansas in 2003. A powerful OB45 son who with three crops of calves on the ground at Weeran, is showing consistent marbling and high growth.

Dunoon Turbo T36 – BHR T036 - EBV Link
We have used Dunoon Turbo for a number of years and he has performed with distinction. He has produced 291 progeny to date and is still going strong.


Hyline Right Time 338 – USA 1305 - EBV Link
A great curve bending sire who is covering the bases very well for carcase and maternal traits. The dam of 338 Hyline Prude has also produced us a number of very promising Younkin Triumph sons, two of which I inspected at ‘Bowood’ Tasmania, and both have performed very well.

Dunoon W200 – BHR W200 - EBV Link
W200 will increase frame size and reduce birthweight. He is out of one of the best female families in the country and used over sire lines, such as Future Direction, will work very well.

Perry Power Design – USA P715 - EBV Link
One of the most complete and balanced sires being used in the industry today. He is in the top percentile range for gestation length, eye muscle area and retail beef yield.

Dunoon Reagan X262 – BHR X262 - EBV Link
Reagan has been used in general as a back up sire to a.i. and therefore has not had the opportunity to perform. He is very heavily muscled and perfect structure and has produced a number of very promising offspring.
